Chevrolet Suburban
GMT400
The GMT400 Suburban launched the modern rounded-body era for Chevrolet’s full-size SUV line in 1992, replacing the earlier square-body trucks. It was sold in the U.S. as both 1500 and 2500 series through the 1990s, with 4WD and 2WD variants depending on trim and year. This generation established the Suburban’s long-wheelbase family layout that continued into later redesigns.
