Chevrolet Impala
W-body
The seventh-generation Chevrolet Impala launched for 2006 on the W-body platform and continued the front-wheel-drive sedan formula in the U.S. market. It remained on sale through 2011 before a facelifted update carried the model into the 2012–2013 period. This generation also formed the basis for the later Impala Limited fleet model.
