KJ

The first-generation Jeep Liberty debuted for the 2002 model year as Jeep’s compact SUV replacement for the Cherokee in North America. It used the KJ body code and was sold in the United States in both 2WD and 4WD configurations. This generation ran through the 2007 model year before being replaced by a redesigned Liberty for 2008.
