Ford E150 Wagon
E-Series / Econoline Wagon
The third-generation Econoline/E-Series wagon adopted Ford’s more conventional van layout and became the basis for later E-150 passenger vans. It was sold in the U.S. as a full-size wagon with improved packaging and broader utility than the earlier cab-forward vans. This generation established the long-lived E-Series formula that continued for decades.
