Ford Aerostar Van
First generation facelift
For 1990, Ford updated the Aerostar with a facelift that refreshed the exterior and continued the original minivan’s basic architecture. This phase also marked the introduction of all-wheel drive on the Aerostar in the U.S. market. The facelifted Aerostar remained on sale through the end of production in 1997.
