BMW 5 Series

E60/E61

The E60 sedan and E61 Touring marked a major redesign for the 5 Series, with a more angular exterior and a heavily updated interior and electronics package. In the U.S., the generation was sold as the E60 sedan and as the E61-based Sport Wagon, with models such as the 525i, 530i, 545i, and 550i. The sedan received a facelift for the 2008 model year, and the generation ended after 2010 in the U.S.
