BMW 3 Series
E30
The E30 was the first BMW 3 Series generation sold in the United States, launching for 1984 and establishing the compact sport-sedan formula that defined the nameplate. U.S. offerings expanded over the life of the generation to include coupe, convertible, and later four-door variants, along with performance-oriented and all-wheel-drive derivatives. It ended before the E36 arrived, and it remains one of the most recognizable classic BMW generations.
