Mercedes-Benz SLR
C199 Roadster
The SLR McLaren Roadster extended the model family with an open-top body while retaining the same underlying C199 platform and supercharged V8 powertrain. It preserved the SLR's long-hood proportions and carbon-fiber construction while adding a removable soft top and revised body structure. This was the final major production phase of the SLR family.
