Mercedes-Benz SL-Class
R230 facelift
The R230 brought a fully retractable hardtop to the SL-Class and marked a major redesign for the model. It was sold in the United States from launch and became the basis for multiple AMG and V12 variants. This base phase ended before the 2006 facelifted update.
