Mercedes-Benz GLC
X253
The first-generation GLC-Class SUV launched in the U.S. for the 2016 model year as Mercedes-Benz’s replacement for the GLK-Class. It used the X253 body code and was offered in rear-wheel-drive and 4MATIC forms, with AMG variants added later in the lifecycle. This generation established the GLC nameplate in the American market before the 2020 facelift and the later all-new X254 successor.
