2021–2025 H247 (H247)
4 modifications · The second-generation GLA-Class H247 brought a larger, more upright design and a new interior architecture based on Mercedes-Benz’s MFA2 platform. It arrived in the U.S. for the 2021 model year as the GLA 250 and later added AMG performance derivatives. This generation is the current U.S. GLA-Class family and remains in production.

2015–2020 X156 (X156)
5 modifications · The original GLA-Class X156 debuted as Mercedes-Benz’s entry-level crossover, closely related to the A-Class and aimed at premium compact SUV buyers. It launched in the U.S. for the 2015 model year with GLA 250 and AMG GLA 45 variants. This first-generation body remained on sale in the U.S. through the 2020 model year before being replaced by the second generation.
