2024–present C174 (C174)
2 modifications · The third-generation CLA-Class C174 continues Mercedes-Benz's compact four-door coupe formula with a new body and updated electronics. It reached the U.S. market for the 2024 model year and is sold as the CLA250, CLA250 4MATIC, AMG CLA35 4MATIC, and AMG CLA45 S 4MATIC. This generation represents the current CLA-Class in the United States.

2023–2025 C118 (C118) facelift
4 modifications · Mercedes-Benz gave the C118 CLA-Class a facelift that updated the front and rear styling and refreshed the interior and feature set. In the U.S., the facelifted model continued with CLA250, CLA250 4MATIC, AMG CLA35 4MATIC, AMG CLA45 4MATIC, and the higher-output AMG CLA45 S 4MATIC. The facelift kept the same C118 body code while carrying the model into the mid-2020s.

2019–2023 C118 (C118)
4 modifications · The second-generation CLA-Class C118 moved to the MFA2 platform and arrived in the U.S. for 2020 with a larger cabin, updated technology, and a more refined fastback profile. U.S. sales included the CLA250, CLA250 4MATIC, and AMG CLA35 4MATIC, while the high-performance AMG CLA45 joined later in the generation. This generation marked a major mechanical and interior upgrade over the original CLA.

2016–2019 C117 (C117) facelift
2 modifications · Mercedes-Benz updated the C117 CLA-Class with a mid-cycle facelift that refreshed the exterior styling and revised the cabin and equipment. In the U.S., the facelifted CLA continued as the CLA250 and AMG CLA45 through the end of the first generation. The update kept the same basic body code while extending the model's market life.

2013–2016 C117 (C117)
2 modifications · The first-generation CLA-Class C117 debuted as Mercedes-Benz's entry-level four-door coupe, bringing the CLA nameplate to the U.S. for the 2014 model year. In America it was sold primarily as the CLA250 and later as the AMG CLA45, with 4MATIC all-wheel drive available on selected trims. This generation established the CLA's low-slung fastback shape and compact luxury positioning.
