The JL-generation Wrangler Unlimited replaced the JK for 2018 and continued the four-door Wrangler formula with a new body and updated chassis. It remained the U.S.-market long-wheelbase Wrangler variant and continued to be sold alongside the two-door Wrangler. This original JL Unlimited phase is still in production in the United States.
