Chevrolet TrailBlazer

GMT360

The original Chevrolet TrailBlazer debuted for 2002 as a body-on-frame midsize SUV based on GM's GMT360 platform. It was sold in the United States with 2WD and 4WD configurations, and the extended-wheelbase TrailBlazer EXT joined the lineup for buyers needing a third-row-capable variant. This first phase established the TrailBlazer nameplate in the U.S. before the model was discontinued after the 2009 model year.
