The Chevrolet Spectrum launched in the United States for the 1985 model year as a rebadged Isuzu subcompact. It was sold as a small front-wheel-drive hatchback and represented Chevrolet's entry-level import-badged offering in this segment. U.S. sales continued through the 1988 model year.
