2008–2014 2nd generation (GMT610) facelift
7 modifications · For 2008, the Chevrolet Express Cargo received a front-end facelift while remaining on the GMT610 platform. The update refreshed the exterior appearance but retained the same basic full-size cargo-van structure and commercial positioning. This facelifted phase continued through the end of the 2010s and remains the basis of the U.S.-market Express Cargo today.

2003–2007 2nd generation (GMT610)
4 modifications · The second-generation Chevrolet Express Cargo launched for the 2003 model year on the GMT610 van platform. It kept the traditional full-size body-on-frame cargo-van layout and continued Chevrolet’s commercial van lineup in the U.S. market. This base phase lasted until the 2007 model year, when the van received a styling update.

1996–2002 1st generation (GMT600)
4 modifications · The first Chevrolet Express Cargo generation debuted for the 1996 model year as Chevrolet’s new full-size cargo van, replacing the long-running G-Series cargo van. It used the GMT600 van architecture and was sold in the United States as a commercial cargo van with multiple wheelbase and payload configurations. This generation ran through the 2002 model year before the next redesign arrived.
