The EQE sedan debuted as Mercedes-Benz’s midsize electric luxury sedan, sharing its EVA2 architecture with the larger EQS. It entered the U.S. market for the 2022 model year and was offered there as part of Mercedes-Benz’s expanding EQ lineup. The sedan established the EQE nameplate before the later EQE SUV joined the range.
