W124 facelift
The facelifted Mercedes-Benz 200 W124 continued the base sedan role after the W124 mid-cycle update and carried the 200 badge into the early 1990s in export markets. This phase reflects the revised W124 sedan styling and equipment changes rather than a new body code. It was not a regular U.S. market 200 model.
