1992–2005 E-series (third generation) (E-150/E-250/E-350) facelift
3 modifications · For 1992, Ford updated the third-generation E-series with revised front-end styling and other running changes while keeping the same basic body code and van architecture. The E-250 remained on sale in the United States as part of the E-series lineup. This facelift carried the model through the end of the original 1984-era body.

1984–2002 E-series (third generation) (E-150/E-250/E-350)
11 modifications · The third-generation E-series launched for 1984 and replaced the earlier Econoline van architecture with a new full-size van body. The E-250 was the three-quarter-ton member of the lineup and was sold in the United States throughout this generation. This phase established the long-running E-series front-engine, rear-wheel-drive van format that Ford kept in production for more than a decade.
