2003–2006 E-series (fourth generation) (VN) second facelift
3 modifications · A second facelift arrived for 2003, giving the E-150 Econoline another exterior update while the underlying fourth-generation E-series platform remained in service. This was the final U.S. E-150 Econoline phase, ending after the 2006 model year.

1990–2002 E-series (third generation) (VN) facelift

1984–1996 E-series (third generation) (VN)
10 modifications · The third-generation E-150 Econoline launched for 1984 on Ford’s updated full-size van architecture and continued the boxy E-series design through the 1989 model year. It was sold in the United States as both a cargo van and a passenger van, depending on trim and seating configuration.
