1987–1988 First generation facelift

4 modifications · For 1987, the Courier continued in the U.S. with updated model-year changes while remaining the same basic compact pickup. This phase covered the later U.S. run of the nameplate before the model ended after the 1988 model year.

1984–1986 First generation

2 modifications · The Ford Courier nameplate entered the U.S. market on a Mazda-sourced compact pickup sold as a Ford. It was positioned as a small, efficient truck during the mid-1980s and was offered in 2WD form before 4WD variants appeared later in the run.
