2015–2019 Second generation (C344) facelift
4 modifications · Ford updated the second-generation C-MAX with a facelift that refreshed the exterior and interior while keeping the same C344 body code. This revised version continued the model’s role in Europe and other markets, and it also covered the U.S.-market hybrid derivatives during the later part of their run. The facelift phase ended when C-MAX production wound down in the late 2010s.

2010–2015 Second generation (C344)
3 modifications · The second-generation Ford C-MAX moved to Ford’s global C1-based compact MPV architecture and became the basis for the U.S. hybrid models. In America, Ford sold it only as the C-MAX Hybrid and C-MAX Energi, while other markets also received conventional gasoline and diesel versions. This base phase launched in 2010 and was later updated with a facelift.

2003–2010 First generation (C214)
1 modification · The original Ford C-MAX debuted in Europe as a compact MPV derived from Ford’s global C-car architecture. It was sold in several markets outside the United States and established the C-MAX nameplate before the later hybrid-focused U.S. model. This generation did not have a U.S. market presence.
