1991–1993 Third generation Dodge Ram pickup (D/W-series) facelift
6 modifications · For 1991, Dodge updated the third-generation W100/W150 Pickup with a facelift while keeping the same underlying D/W-series body. The revised trucks remained on sale in the U.S. through the end of the W100/W150 run. This facelift phase continued until the model was replaced after 1993.

1984–1990 Third generation Dodge Ram pickup (D/W-series)
6 modifications · The third-generation Dodge Ram pickup era carried the W100 and W150 four-wheel-drive model designations in the U.S. market. It used the square-shouldered D/W-series body and continued the traditional Dodge full-size pickup layout through the 1980s and early 1990s. This phase represents the original pre-facelift form of the generation before the 1991 redesign.
