1992–1993 Second generation
1 modification · For 1992, Dodge also carried the Ramcharger 4WD name forward in the U.S. market as part of the simplified late-cycle lineup. It remained available through 1993 and closed out the model's production run. This is the final 4WD Ramcharger phase sold new in the United States.

1989–1991 Second generation (AD100/AD150; AW100/AW150) facelift
4 modifications · For 1989, Dodge updated the second-generation Ramcharger with a facelift while keeping the same underlying AD/AW body family. The refreshed truck-based SUV remained on sale in the U.S. and continued through the final years of the model line. This phase represents the later styling and trim update before the 1992 naming simplification.

1984–1993 Second generation (AD100/AD150; AW100/AW150)
14 modifications · The second-generation Dodge Ramcharger launched for 1984 on the Dodge truck-based AD/AW platform and continued the Ramcharger name in a more modern full-size SUV package. It was sold in the United States and offered in both 2WD and 4WD configurations during its run. This base phase covered the early AD100/AD150 2WD and AW100/AW150 4WD models before later updates and naming changes.
