1991–1993 D-Series (third generation) (D-Series body) second facelift

4 modifications · A second facelift arrived for the D250 Pickup in 1991, again revising the third-generation D-Series styling without changing the underlying truck architecture. The model continued as Dodge’s U.S.-market 3/4-ton two-wheel-drive pickup through the end of D-Series production. The D250 nameplate ended when Dodge replaced the line with the Ram pickup for 1994.

1986–1990 D-Series (third generation) (D-Series body) facelift

7 modifications · For 1986, Dodge updated the third-generation D250 Pickup with a facelift that refreshed the front-end styling while keeping the same basic D-Series body. The truck remained the 3/4-ton two-wheel-drive model in the U.S. lineup. This facelifted phase continued until the next redesign update for 1991.

1981–1985 D-Series (third generation) (D-Series body)

2 modifications · The D250 Pickup launched as part of Dodge’s third-generation D-Series full-size pickup family for the 1981 model year. It carried the squared-off body introduced with the redesign and served as the 3/4-ton two-wheel-drive variant in the U.S. market. This base phase ran until the mid-cycle facelift that arrived for 1986.
