1998–2002 Second generation (E100) facelift

3 modifications · For 1998, the Prizm received a facelifted version of the same E100-based sedan with updated styling and equipment. This phase was sold in the U.S. as the Chevrolet Prizm and continued the model's Corolla-sourced mechanical package. It remained the final design phase of the Prizm before the nameplate ended after 2002.

1993–1997 Second generation (E100)

2 modifications · The second-generation Prizm arrived for the 1993 model year with a redesigned Corolla-based body and continued as a compact four-door sedan built at NUMMI. It remained closely related to the Toyota Corolla and was sold in the U.S. first as the Geo Prizm, then as the Chevrolet Prizm after the Geo brand was discontinued. This generation carried the model through the mid-1990s before a facelifted update arrived.

1989–1992 First generation (E90)

2 modifications · The Chevrolet Prizm launched for the 1989 model year as a compact four-door sedan derived from the Toyota Corolla and sold in the U.S. under the Geo brand as the Geo Prizm. It was part of the NUMMI joint-venture production arrangement and shared its basic engineering with the Corolla of the same era. The Chevrolet name did not appear on the car until later in the model's life, but this first generation covers the original Prizm lineage.
