1988–1991 fourth generation (GMT400)

4 modifications · The GMT400-era Chevrolet full-size pickup replaced the square-body trucks in 1988, but the K10 name itself was no longer the primary U.S. designation. Chevrolet’s four-wheel-drive half-ton pickups continued in the market under the new C/K naming structure.

1988–1988 third generation (C/K series) facelift

5 modifications · For 1988, Chevrolet carried the K10 name into the final square-body model year before the C/K lineup was renamed and reorganized. This last K10 phase was still sold in the United States, but it marked the end of the traditional K10 designation.

1973–1987 third generation (C/K series)

10 modifications · The third-generation K10 is the classic square-body Chevrolet 4x4 half-ton pickup, introduced with the 1973 C/K redesign. It was sold in the United States for the full run of the square-body era and became the most recognizable K10 generation.

6 modifications · The second-generation K10 continued as Chevrolet’s half-ton four-wheel-drive pickup within the redesigned C/K truck family. It remained a U.S.-market model and carried the K10 designation through this generation.

1960–1966 first generation (C/K series)

6 modifications · The first Chevrolet K10 Pickup appeared as the four-wheel-drive half-ton version of the early C/K pickup line. It established the K-series naming for Chevrolet’s 4x4 light-duty trucks and was sold in the United States during this era.
