2008–2011 First generation (GMT001) facelift
5 modifications · The Chevrolet HHR received a mid-cycle styling update for the 2008 model year while remaining on the same basic body code and platform. The facelift kept the model’s retro theme but refreshed its appearance and trim lineup for the remainder of its run. This phase continued in the U.S. until HHR production ended after 2011.

2006–2007 First generation (GMT001)
4 modifications · The Chevrolet HHR launched for 2006 with a retro-inspired design and front-wheel-drive packaging. It was positioned as a practical compact wagon-like utility vehicle and shared its Delta-based underpinnings with other GM small cars of the era. This base phase covered the HHR’s early U.S. sales before the later styling update.
