1981–1987 1st generation (T-car) facelift
11 modifications · For 1981, the U.S. Chevette received a facelift that updated its front-end styling and kept the same basic T-car hatchback package. This revised version continued the model’s role as Chevrolet’s economy subcompact through the end of U.S. production. It remained on sale until the Chevette line ended after the 1987 model year.

1976–1980 1st generation (T-car)
9 modifications · The original Chevrolet Chevette launched in the United States for the 1976 model year as Chevrolet’s entry-level subcompact. It used rear-wheel drive and a simple hatchback body on GM’s T-car platform. The model remained on sale through the 1980 model year before a facelifted version replaced it for 1981.
