1990–1996 First generation (GM L-body) facelift

6 modifications · For 1990, the Beretta received a facelift that refreshed the nose, tail, and trim while retaining the same underlying GM L-body architecture. This updated coupe continued in U.S. showrooms through the 1996 model year. It remained the Beretta’s final U.S. phase before the nameplate was discontinued.

1987–1989 First generation (GM L-body)

4 modifications · The Beretta debuted as Chevrolet’s front-wheel-drive compact coupe for 1987, sharing its platform with the Corsica sedan. It was positioned as a sporty two-door model and was sold in the United States from the start of production. The original styling ran through the 1989 model year before a facelifted version arrived for 1990.
