2023–2025 G07 (G07) facelift
4 modifications · BMW refreshed the X7 for the 2023 model year with updated exterior styling, a revised interior, and powertrain changes within the same G07 body code. In the U.S., the V8 model was renamed M60i xDrive, while the xDrive40i continued and Alpina XB7 remained available. This facelifted phase is still the current X7 sold new in the United States.

2019–2022 G07 (G07)
4 modifications · The BMW X7 debuted for the 2019 model year as the brand's first full-size luxury SUV and the largest X model in the lineup. It launched in the United States with xDrive40i and xDrive50i variants, establishing the X7 as BMW's three-row flagship SUV. This original G07 phase ran until the 2022 model year before the facelifted version arrived for 2023.
