3 modifications · The Alfa Romeo Milano debuted in 1987 as the U.S.-market name for the Alfa Romeo 75, using Alfa Romeo's transaxle rear-wheel-drive layout and a 4-door sedan body. It was sold in the United States for the 1987 through 1989 model years before being discontinued there. The Milano name was used specifically for North America, while other markets continued to know the car as the 75.
